Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the full amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.
Standard Rate Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request must be sent by email 3 days before check in for a free cancellation.
Any Cancellation request arriving in the 72h before check-in date will incur in the first night charge.
Any Cancellation arriving the same day of check-in or any No Show will incur in the full amount charged and the reservation treated as per conditions of the Non Refundable below.
Non Refundable Cancellation Policy
The information entered by the customer while making a reservation with a Non Refundable Cancellation Policy will be used as per conditions below.
The moment the reservation is Confirmed by the guest all the conditions that follow must be intended as accepted in full with particular regard to payment processing.
1.Cancellation policy accepted at the time of the booking : No Refund in Case of Cancellation after Confirmation. You will be charged the total price of the reservation any time after confirmation.
2.The guest gives explicit and full permission to Santa Reparata Srls and Hotel Veneto Firenze to Charge The amount on the Credit Card provided any time after booking confirmation.
3.By making a reservation through our hotelvenetofirenze.com website, you enter into a direct(legally binding) contractual relationship with our Company, Santa Reparata Srls - Hotel Veneto Firenze.
From the point atwhich you make your reservation and the reservation is confirmed you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy by giving us permission to charge all amounts related to your booking at any time in the credit card you provide on the booking form.
Surcharge Policy
City Tax: 6 Euros per person per night , for a maximum of 7 nights of City Tax , will be paid at time of arrival in cash due to government policy.
